Please help me. We are very concerned, my son has a return flight from Croatia through Turkey. We were just made aware of the high level alerts for travelers there. I was told over the phone that I would be able to get full refund for resrvation error made in 24 hours.
I had 2 tickets I had to cancel — first I selected incorrect return, then incorrect departure. Every other airline allows a 24 hour booking correction for human error. This is inhuman, but not surprising for Turkish. We are ready to do the reservation and to buy the tickets. Please let us know what we have to do.
