There is a Loyola for everyone. I fostered lifelong friendships, learned to be a compassionate leader and served my community with unconditional love and empathy. My four years as a Cub continue to impact the person I am today. This experience has helped me develop into a well-rounded man ready to take on the adventures the future has in store. Loyola encourages us to step out of our comfort zones and to challenge ourselves to try new things, whether that be in the form of joining new clubs or giving back to the community.
Although Loyola is a place of temporary academic rigor, the bonds made here are lifelong. Moreover, I have made amazing, life long friends, special connections with faculty and staff, developed as a leader and have been able to connect with my faith on a deeper level than I had prior to attending Loyola.
In my mind, what sets Loyola apart is the loving community. On the one hand, nothing comes easily, but, on the other hand, no one wants to see anyone fail. Whenever I struggle, there are teachers, coaches, and friends that are more than willing to help me; and I firmly believe that that is what makes Loyola High School so special.
