I went on a first date at Serafina and had a wonderful experience. The decor and lighting made for the perfect romantic setting. Always love Maggiano's. The waiters are fantastic. New person today Tim showed excellent customer service and professionalism. However the hostess was like an emotionless robot. She acted as if it was a hassle to show us to our table.

She dressed very professional and her hair was neatly styled and short, but she was not welcoming at all. Looking professional is one thing, but acting professional is another.
