They have gone from being a leader in the parts world to just being another advanced auto. All about upsales and promotions. Parts quality has faded away too. Overworked and underpaid and the big boss is arrogant and thanks he knows everything the HR they're not very friendly and you start at in the morning and you don't get done till sometimes at night you have no life.
This company gives flexibility, the people are very friendly very nice atmosphere to work. Great Company, no ones constantly over looking what you're doing they make you feel appreciated as a worker. As a Part-Time employee, I was never approached to by management to be given an opportunity to become a Full-Time employee.
Even if I was given full-time hours the pay grade was definitely different between part-timer and full-timer. Pros Occasional free lunch and discount on car parts. Cons Limited Opportunities.
