We definitely do not get paid enough for the work we do. The higher ups have their favorite departments and the others are left out. They attempt to make it feel inclusive, though.
Pros Laid back environment. Cons Not paid enough. To much of a work load for what the pay is with no room to make more. The Company has good compensation, and great benefits. There are many company outings for team bonding, and also very fun atmosphere.
It is a sales position so you do have to deal with customers canceling their appointments, but over all good place to work. I started working here as a Marketer and I was promoted 4 times.
