Of all my favorites, Pheasants seems to be most stable due to the large amount of loyal customers. Its seems almost as busy as it was years ago. I would imagine the well-built humidor, the outgoing personality of the owner Paul, and the fact that it has a welcoming lounge has a lot to do with their success as well.
